LoJax Gay Sports Bar is located on the corner of Seaside and Kuhio, in the former Angles’ space. You might be surprised by the idea of of a gay sports bar. Well, be wary of outdated assumptions about the gay community, becuase as it turns out, most major metropolitan areas in our country have gay sports bars, not to mention gay sports leagues and gay sports fans.
The bar is a comfortable place to watch sporting events on a plethora of flat screen TVs, but that’s not all LoJax has to offer. LoJax has happy hours, specials, a kitchen open on the weekends until 1:30am, and a sweet patio overlooking the Waikiki madness below.
Themes about: Every Sunday during football season the bar opens at 6am to serve breakfast; not to mention that night is Sudecutive Sundays serving up all your video requests tell 2am; Monday and Tuesday night is Wii night where everyone can play games like bowling, mario kart, and X-Box Kinect; Wednesday night the bar becomes Waikiki’s only Tranny night; Tiki Thursdays offer everyone a classic Tiki party.
If you’re looking for the traditional, wild gay club dance scene, just hit LoJax Wednesday through Sunday nights for infectious: DJ/VJs, Dancing, and party people. The bar truly does have something for everyone regardless of sexual orientation, and it’s worth checking out…. even if you don’t watch sports.
